ERICK D. GRAHAM

Erick D. Graham is the owner and president of Primus Construction, LLC. In his current role, Mr. Graham oversees the company’s financial operations. This includes project management, with a number of jobs focusing on construction, general contracting, and real estate procurement.

Mr. Graham, who is originally from Birmingham, Alabama, graduated from Morehouse College in 1993. After working at Turner Sports for several years, he began purchasing, renovating, renting, and managing investment properties in 1998. Mr. Graham obtained his realtor’s license in Alabama, a broker’s license in Georgia, and a general contractor’s license in Georgia.

In 2001, Mr. Graham formed TGC Development, LLC, and turned his focus to development and new construction. Under Mr. Graham’s guidance, the company constructed over 50 single-family homes in Atlanta’s historic districts in conjunction with the City’s revitalization program.

In 2005, Mr. Graham became part owner of the Harold Graham Group. This company developed raw land into The Preserve at Bakers Ferry subdivision, which consists of 34 single-family lots in the Southwest corridor of Atlanta. In his role with The Harold Graham Group, Mr. Graham oversaw the day-to-day operations of the development project, procuring bids and awarding them to various contractors and subcontractors.

Mr. Graham also has commercial real estate experience, having worked for two years as a sales agent with Southeastern Partners, Inc. and ReMax Commercial Atlanta. During his time there, Mr. Graham assembled and sold several different acreage parcels, small strip malls, and acted as a tenant representative in commercial lease negotiations.

In 2013, Mr. Graham formed Primus Construction, LLC. Primus has constructed and or rehabbed approximately 150 homes in the Atlanta market. In particular, the company completed the infrastructure and developed and built the 50-home Subdivision, Park Place South, in the Lakewood area of Atlanta. The company is currently developing a 24-unit project in the City of South Fulton.

After graduating from Morehouse College, Mr. Graham went on to earn his Master of Business Administration degree, with a concentration in finance, from Clark Atlanta University in 2001. He is also a certified professional home builder and licensed general contractor and is a member of the Greater Atlanta Homebuilders Association, the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors, the Georgia Association of Realtors, and Omega Psi Fraternity, Inc.
